Aksel Bakunts House-museum

In the very house of Goris, where the great poet Axel Bakunts was born in 1968, his house-museum is founded. There are more than 500 exhibits, including photographs, personal items and scientific materials. The exhibition tells about the writer's years of study, military life and, of course, literary activity. Axel Bakunts had a large and rich library, which can be seen in the museum.
Axel Bakunts Museum actively organizes various events related to the works of the writer and issues of modern literature. The museum participates in the annual Bakuntsi Days.
